Fire hydrant and underground fire-service requirements vary by jurisdiction, water district and project. Red Rock Industrial installs systems according to the project's approved plans and applicable requirements and coordinates with the project's engineers, general contractor, fire authority and other parties as needed.
For private underground fire service within the San Diego County Fire Protection District, plans generally must be reviewed and approved before installation, and applicable systems are governed by the California Fire Code and NFPA 24 requirements.
This section is important because we shouldn't imply Greg is designing/engineering systems that require a licensed Fire Protection Engineer. County guidance says commercial fire-protection plans require a California-licensed Fire Protection Engineer's approval.
