Red Rock Industrial is a California Class A General Engineering Contractor specializing in underground piping, vehicle lift installation and service, septic and onsite wastewater treatment systems, fire-water infrastructure and specialized facility construction.
Founded by Greg Niles, Red Rock Industrial is built off of hands-on experience working on specialized infrastructure projects throughout California and beyond.
That experience allows Red Rock Industrial to bring something particularly valuable to a project: the ability to see potential problems before they become expensive problems in the field.
20+ YEARS OF SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
Our background spans an unusually broad range of underground and facility infrastructure with experience including vehicle lift and maintenance-facility systems for dealerships, municipal fleets, public works operations, fire and public-safety facilities, transit and bus operations, airport rental-car facilities and other government and institutional projects throughout California.
Today, Red Rock Industrial brings that same technical experience to projects throughout San Diego County and California.

VEHICLE LIFT & FLEET FACILITY EXPERTISE
Vehicle lifts and maintenance facilities are a highly specialized part of Red Rock Industrial's experience.
We have experience installing and servicing vehicle lifts for applications ranging from dealerships to major municipal and government facilities.
We are a certified Rotary vehicle lift installer and service provider, with experience involving both light-duty and heavy-duty equipment.
That experience goes beyond simply assembling a lift.
Vehicle lifts need to work with the infrastructure surrounding them—including foundations and concrete, electrical service, compressed air, hydraulic systems, underground piping and, on California projects, structural and seismic requirements that may need to be coordinated with the project's engineers.
Red Rock Industrial understands the lift as part of the larger facility.
UNDERGROUND INFRASTRUCTURE IS WHAT WE DO
Whether the project involves wastewater, fire water or specialized facility piping, much of Red Rock Industrial's work ultimately comes back to the same core expertise:
underground infrastructure.
Our experience with underground piping experience, gives Red Rock Industrial the field knowledge to work from approved plans and coordinate complex underground scopes with the larger construction project.
In San Diego County, Red Rock Industrial is an approved septic installer for conventional and advanced Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems, including alternative and supplemental treatment technologies.
Red Rock Industrial is also currently the only authorized SludgeHammer® installer in San Diego County.
Our Class A General Engineering Contractor license also allows us to take on the underground infrastructure associated with private fire hydrants, fire-service mains, waterline extensions and other fire-water projects.
